Wire harness on 4.0 engines

I had my jeep in the shop last week for an code P0112, turns out this engine has a design flaw.... the wiring harness, from the driver side of the Jeep, runs behind the valve cover in between the firewall and the cover, well it rides right on the top of a bolt, and will rub a hole in the harness and will eventually short a wire in this harness, mine was the IAT. Anyone with a 4.0 might want to check this harness and wire tie it out of the way.
