Needing a nice fitting tire!

I just bought rims and tires from someone in louisville. 18x9 American Eagle 197 rims rapped with almost new 275/65/R18 nitto terra grapplers. 5 rims 5 tires all for 650.00. So obviously in my opinion I got a steal. So I'm thinking ill put a 2-3 in lift on my 04 jeep gc and everything should be good. WRONG! The hieght is not a worry . But I can't turn very far without it grabbing either the fascia or the fender depending on the direction I turn. So my question is can I get a tire to fit the rim that will make the turn as well? Or am I going to have to get out cutting torch and do a little sculpting?
