1988 jeep xj starts then dies after a second

Ok guys I'm about to burn this thing to the ground. I have a 1988 jeep cherokee 4.0L with a 5 speed. The jeep starts for a second and then dies. Doesn't matter if you give it throttle or not.
Ok so what have I already done
Fuel pressure is good. I have 40psi with key on and 32 while cranking/kinda running. PS~ previous owner wired the pump to a switch so I know it's comeing on and I know I have pressure.
Replaced pcm with one from Napa
Replaced ignition control module with Autozone one
Replaced ignition switch and pigtail with napa one
Replaced map sensor
Refreshed ground by dipstick
Refreshed connector above the brake booster
I have also ohm tested various wires with no problems found.
I need some help guys

The PCM's have to be programmed by the dealer. Sounds like what's happening is it's going into safety mode as I like to call it someone can't just cut a key and steal the vehicle. They pcm wasn't programmed to the vehicle so it keeps shutting it down. I would look at getting that programmed with the updates and get the keys programmed to the pcm again.

I had the same issue with my 2005 Grand Cherokee. All I had to do was reset the computer by disconnecting the negative connector off of the battery and waiting about 15 minutes then reconnecting. I spent all day trying to figure out what the problem was. Did that one simple thing and it started right up.

I have noticed on my 2001 WJ and my 2004 WJ that any time to disconnect the battery I have to start it up with the throttle pressed to force it to stay running. It has the relearn the idle speed. This probably has nothing to do with your issue though but maybe it can help you in your diagnosis.
