Hair lines can be test by spraying carburator cleaner over the maniful and see if idle changes?

MAP vacuum 457.5
current CKP count 171
Intake air temperature 136 F.

Check the MAP vacuum with engine off (and ignition in run), it should be close to the actual barometric pressure (you can find this figure via local meteo info)

Map vacuum with engine off and ignition in on position is 0.0
Barometric pressure engine. Off and ignition in on position is 748.1
This info is with scanner.
Barometeic pressure here where I live is 30.13

I was just reading the service manual and it stated that the MAP voltage at sealevel (29.92 in Hg) should be around 4.5 V (it doesn't state it, but that should be with engine not running i believe)

Is the transmission weak, or is the engine weak?
For the late shifting you will need to check the fluid level first.
Also you didn't find the fuel trimming figures?

Trans fluid level corrected now, but still shift at more RPM (LATE)
Working in the fuel trimming.
