The "system Too lean" message
corresponds with the low voltage of the O2 sensor (the PCM receives the voltage signal from the O2 sensor and interprets the voltage as lean or rich), but the strong fuel smell and the STFT and LTFT figures show extra fuel injected (so rich).
So you have to check for leaks in the exhaust system (manifold/gasket and pipe until the upstream O2 sensor.) A leak could cause a wrong O2 signal from the O2 sensor and make the PCM add more or reduce more fuel (positive or negative STFT and LTFT figures). In you case you can see a high STFT and LTFT, which indicates an increase in fuel injector pulse and thus more fuel injected.
If there is absolute no leak in the exhaust, most probably the upstream O2 sensor is the problem.
And just for the records, its an O2 sensor (oxygen sensor) and not a CO2 sensor (CO2 =Carbon dioxide
