2001 Jeep Wrangler Motor Not Heating Up

I have a 2001 Jeep Wrangler and the temperature rarely gets to 209 or 210 thus causing the engine light to come on stating too slow to heat to normal operating temperature.
The things I've replaced are (2) thermostats, a radiator cap, a radiator, lower and upper radiator hoses, thermostat sensor, Water inlet, radiator fluid (many times), and a fan clutch. then heater don't work because of the heater core stopped up.
Any suggestions why the engine don't heat up???
