2004 JGC Limited 4.7 Quattro - noise in rear axle

I am new to this forum. Just got a Grand Cherokee limited-Quattro and have been going over everything to get trustworthy, when I make a sharp left or right turn I am hearing a rubbing noise come from the rear axle. I have done a google search and all say its the "all wheel drive" limited slip needing a rear axle oil change due to the limited slip in the oil is bad or worn out. I have change the rear end oil to a Mobil One 75w-140 LS and it helped for a day and now its doing it again. ANY ideas?

Welcome to the garage.
Is the amount of friction modifier in the fluid as specified by jeep? You could try a bit more of additive and then make several as tight as possible figure 8's, so that the fluid and additive gets well into the vari loc.
Also change the T-case fluid and the front diff, as they are probably old as well. Sometimes the T-case can cause noises equal as with the diff. The NV247 T-case, used in quadra drive jeeps, uses special mopar fluid, which is Mobil 424.
