My transmission won't seem to shift into 5th not even manually. Everything works and drives as it should. Tranny fluid is near new and clean. Sensor? Any suggestions?

Welcome to the garage.
Did this problem suddenly start, or was maintenance done on the vehicle? At low temperatures, the transmission controller can prevent an upshift into 5th gear, until the fluid temperature reaches a certain level. Did you drive long enough to get the fluid at the right temperature?
Did you check for any fault code set in the PCM?

I don't drive it much but to run errands or on the weekends ( 32 inch mudd terrains sucks on gas) rarely getting up to highway speeds but I just noticed it. There are no indicator lights on. And nothing seems abnormal. Thanks for the reply by the way
