2006 jeep Grand Cherokee Larado over heats in idle

Iv been having this problem for a while and iv even had it "fixed"before but my jeep keeps on over heating while In idle and last night it happened a lot sooner than it had before in the past. I was sitting in a t-bell drive through and before I could even place my order. I got to work today and brought it in the shop I work at a Honda Dealership, read the codes that came up and found out that the radiator fan fuse is blown( a 50 amp bus fuse) and I having one delivered today. if that doesn't fix it what else could be the problem?

If a 50 A fuse blows, then there should have been a good short somewhere. Could be a problem with shaved wiring which shorts the wire to ground, or the cooling fan itself.
