2006 jeep Grand Cherokee Srt8

I have a 2006 jeep grand cherokee srt8. The check engine light came on and reads p0700 and P0750 it goes in to what's called limp mode and also started just not pulling. But after awhile it will go away. Could some one help. Thanks also there is only one tire pressure sensor could this trigger it.

One tpms sensor could not trigger this. Its a transmission problem related it to not being able to shift. Could be a valve body and solenoid issue. Sorry Im not an expert on the NAG1's
