2014 GC Overland GPS problem

Sorry if this has been addressed; I could not find this issue on here.

We both have the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Only having this problem on one of them.

The GPS navigation is not dependable. It will often freeze or constancy "recalculating".

In addition, when you put in a destination it shows the destination but the map screen freezes and you do not see your starting point nor the car driving along the route. You only see the car when you finally get near your destination and the car starts to creep onto the screen.

This does not happen all the time but is very frustrating.

HELP!

Have you taken it back to the dealer with this complaint? Current software is 13.19.0; if your Uconnect is running any version below this you should upgrade. Dealer can do that, or you can do it yourself by downloading the file here: UConnect 13.19.0 - Unofficial

Re: 2014 GC Overland GPS problem

So sad when you go in and they tell you there is no update.

At dealership and service manager told me I was wrong; that we had the latest version.

I told him to look up the Star case #, and guess what? He got very quiet at that point! :-)

This forum is amazing!
