I had a software fix on my MY15. Cruise would not work and the brakes decided to apply themselves on the highway. That was fun😝. Noticed there was recall in early December 2014. You'd think they would have done the software fix on a car delivered in February.

Self decision making brakes does not sound fun! 😁

I received the recall for the brakes/ esp being affected by the power steering computer but the dealer only upgraded the 19 dec software that fixed cruise and throttle body issue. Was the brake problem a software issue?

Yes, I was told it was. Apparently it sensed that I had pressed the break pedal, turned on the brake lights and applied the brakes. I was told the cruise issue was all part of the same software fix. Did a long run yesterday and all seemed to be working fine. On a busy highway it made for interesting driving. I kept pulling over to turn the car on and off in accordance with the handbook instructions. That didn't always work.
