2014 Jeep GC Overland Squeaking Dash

I've had my GC for a year now. For about 8 months now, I've had a squeaky noise coming from the driver's side dash. It tends to squeak very bad while I'm driving on the interstate and/or going over bumps. It didn't do it as much in the winter time, but now that it's getting warmer outside, it's in full form! It's been to the dealership twice and they have no idea what's going on. (Nor do I think they care.) It is VERY annoying hearing it on a daily basis! The dealership said they opened up a case with Chrysler, but that was 2-3 weeks ago and I haven't heard from them since.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Terrible. I would park it the dealer and refuse to pick it up until it is completely fixed.

i have a rattle noise coming from my dash on my 13 JGC. I took it to the dealer they said they cant here anything which is what i expected. Im taking it back for its 2nd recall in a few weeks and im going to drive in it with them to point it out.

Oh yeah, the first time I dropped it off, they said they didn't hear anything. So I brought it back and made someone ride with me. They tried 3 different things to fix it and didn't know what was wrong with it, so they opened a Star case on May 15th . I never heard a word from anyone about my Jeep, so I called back to the dealership on May 29th and we ended up having to schedule 3 times to come pick up my Jeep and they didn't show up or call ANY of those times. So I called and filed a complaint with Jeep on the Service Manager and the Dealership.
Miraculously, they were then able to fix my Jeep in 4 hours!!! They said it was a loose screw on the A/C duct- they had to completely take the dash out.
Funny thing is, they are telling me that squeaks/rattles/noises aren't covered under warranty!!! I was like, are you kidding me!?!? We paid for the extended warranty too.
The Chrysler (Dodge, Jeep, etc) service has been the WORST I have ever experienced. I had a Honda and a Lexus before my Jeep GC and I have never had this type of problem! I'm ready to get rid of this Jeep and get something that will provide better service!!!

If they didn't give you an estimate before they did the work I'd tell them exactly where they can go.
Might want to report that to Chrysler corporate, too.
