Mine is a lease so it will be the next guys problem.
This will be our last post on this. Going to rant alittle and post the final outcome from all the lip flapping that Chrysler does. What's funny the dealers repair person looked at our GoPro vidio and said you know what, my Ram truck does the same thing.
We bought ours and feel we didn't get what we paid for. Being a retired GM test Tech and over 30 new GM vehicles we dealt with a few problems but not like our first non GM vehicle. Chrysler doesn't even come close to GM from dealership, Costomer support, Tech Assist. This is totally BS how they support there brand.
Final out come I'll quote from the service sheet from Mar. 8 2016
Discussed with Rich from Tech Assist. Issue is headlamps are pulsing with modulation at higher voltage on 2015 vehicles causing Flicker.
Engineering is working on a fix witch is not available at this time. No repair required at this time
They have had our Jeep for over 30 days and six attempts for this.
I brought up MI. lemon law and they tell me if I Persue this that I won't have any warrenty at all for any part of the vehicle.
The thing that gets me when Googleing "Jeep lights fricker" this goes back atleast 10 years across all Chryslers platform.
When we bring this up that's all they say is "This is the first we've herd of this"
I don't know how everyone might feel about there handling of this. Just going to say we didn't get what we paid for. This is Chryslers lip flapping at it's best.
