Angry 5.7 Hemi slight stutter 35-40 MPH

Hello all, I have an 06 WK Hemi, when driving under normal load between 30-40 MPH the whole vehicle shakes just a little bit. The tach doesn't move and it hasn't thrown any codes. I took it to a shop, they think one of the coils is misfiring. But cant tell which one or two. Please help, I want to start adding mods but until this is rectified, nothing happens. Has new plugs and TB.
Thanks in advance

Re: 5.7 Hemi slight stutter 35-40 MPH

I have the same problem with the same vehicle. It's at the dealer now having both axles replaced. They checked the Diff. mounts and they are good. They changed a module on the tranny too. I was able to make the shake go away by downshifting to 3rd gear when driving at those speeds. Will update this post when it's back from the dealer.

I have the same problem with the same vehicle except mines a 2005. Just wondering if any solution was found for the shuddering?

It's in a trans shop now for hard shifting. I'll let you know what happens. They are saying computer but I think they are changing parts to solve the problem.

There is a thread on here that labels that problem "HEMI Shudder" and that its normal. I could downshift at the times it would do it and it went away in lower gear w/ higher RPM.

Thanks for the info. I'm interested to see if your trans work makes any difference.

Thanks Shawn
