Broke off a tiny piece of my sensor? big problem or no?

yeah so i was removing my sensor from the stock intake tube and i accidently broke off a tiny piece of the head of the sensor.

i know i should get a new one and have it replaced eventually but how bad is this exactly? as i see it, its just the housing of the actually tip/sensor so it isnt a rush fix... or am i wrong?

heres a few pics of the piece i broke off...

cheers yall-

You should be ok it's just your intake air temp sensor, but I would replace it as soon as you can.

Re: Broke off a tiny piece of my sensor? big problem or no?

I would replace that asap. I would guess it was designed like that for a reason.
