Car on ACC needs to be jumped after 15min

I drive a 2008 wk laredo X
I have installed aftermarket HID 35w ballast on both my headlights and foglights. Had them on since i purchased my wk in december of 2008. My headlights do have an installed relay.

About a month ago, i was waiting for someone and placed the car in ACC mode so i can listen to music and the car stalled when i tried to start it up again. when the ignition was on the on position to start the jeep, the radio remained on and then i heard a click, the radio remained on but the car didnt crank on. I took the car to a mechanic shop and was told that the battery had low voltage. Called my local jeep dealership and was told I am still covered under warranty for a new battery if needed. They ran the diagnostic and told me the battery was fine.

Today the same issue happened again while switching my HID foglight bulbs. Any idea what might be causing this issue?

I might have the starter checked when I go for my oil change next week
