Chasing a ghost

Hi, I'm new here, I've been chasing a ghost on my 96 xj for awhile now...when it gets hot and I shut it off, after about 10 minutes, when I start it, it spits and sputters, if I put in gear and apply the pedal it's starts to die, sometimes it will clear up but sometimes it dies and won't restart till cool down.

I've replaced several sensors, cat, and did the heat soak fix on injector 3....please help. Don't want to have to sell it
