Command start - heater problem

Hello!! So I have a 2014 jeep cherokee SRT8... It's pretty cold where I live, when I use my command start to hear up my jeep before I drive it, my heat setting doesn't go to the highest setting for heat, it automatically sets it to 20, when I want it on "HI" I've tried a few things but to no avail... Is tho just the way the NW jeeps are or can I do something so it automatically goes to the highest heat setting when command start is pressed???? Help!!!
