Re: dumb question

I don't recall any settings that actually allow you to turn off the door chime.

1. 'controls'
2. 'Settings'
3. Doors & Locks
4. Click or Unclick the options

Re: dumb question

Jeri... thanks for the pics. But there's nothing under the "doors and locks" settings that allow you to turn off the door chime when the ignition is ACC or RUN.

Re: dumb question

I was looking online last night to see if I could find a solution to your question but I couldn't come up with anything. I even went on other blogs/boards but they are really lame compared to this site.

I really wish that the beeping could be stopped. After I wash the Jeep I like to open the doors and put the radio on. But I just get the annoying beeps.

I am as old as dirt. In olden times they used to sell a piece of plastic with a screw in the end of it. You used to be able to install it and swivel it over the door jamb switch to solve this problem. I don't know if something could be jimmiyrigged like that or not.
