I'm not trying to give you a hard time, but swap back to your original tires/wheels first.

Then you'll find out if the 22's are actually the issue or not, using the Diablo tire resizer won't save your transfer case.
I know. Just dont understand how someone running a 285/35/22 tire vs a 285/40/22 tire would have such a difference. Even though the diameters are not far apart.

Like I said, I will take it in, and get the speed sensors checked out.

Why wouldnt this issue happen at lower speeds, in gravel roads or with a trailer being hauled??

You been drinking again? wtf dude........

As for the rest of it, who knows, like I said, not a common issue.

My Stab control is more sensetive with my large wheels, but that's because of their massive weight, not sizing.

Key dance showing any codes? And messages? if not, I highly doubt a faulty wheel speed sensor.

Your title says "ESP Issue. Traction Control? Help?" - the question mark after "Help", does that mean you don't know if you do actually want help?

Re: ESP Issue. Traction Control? Help?

Marlin you are confusing lol. Ill try to figure some stuff out. I rarely ever travel on freeways or highways, so thats a good thing.

But Ill phone the tire shop tomorrow. As for codes, no codes are showing.

And drinking? What I dont understand lol. The ESP light didnt show up when I was on gravel roads and when I was hauling the flatbed trailer.

Re: ESP Issue. Traction Control? Help?

your sensors are fine, belligerent rob is right about the cel. swap your tires back and you will notice the problem goes away before you blow your transfer case.

I agree with this. It's the first thing I thought of too when you posted your wheel pictures. I've heard being within 4% of your OD is fine, but I've never heard of 4% difference between front and rear OD being ok.

I really think this is your issue, most likely wheel speed sensors detecting the difference and protecting your driveline.

Re: ESP Issue. Traction Control? Help?

changing the wheel size with the tuner is not going to help anything but the distruction of your transfer case
