External temperature sensor

My outside temperature is reading 10- 15 degrees C too low, which is playing havoc with the climate control. Can anyone tell me where the sensor is and if it can be physically accessed? Thought I'd check to see if it's got dislodged or dirty or something.
Thanks, russell

On a ZJ the ambient temp sensor sits just behind the grille. Not sure what kind of Jeep you have though.
I think the 2011s had a TSB on this problem, the solution was to go get the computer re- flashed.

Thanks. Story about the model - it's a 2014 wk2. I have now seen a diagram show it's behind the grill, but so far I can't find it. I'll check the TSB's too.
