Exclamation Gauges cut out but car doesn't lose power?

-Headlights also cut out briefly

-Then, after the car was pulled over, turned off, then back on, these 4 orange lights came on:

Just wanting to get an idea of how simple this will be to fix.

Your input is appreciated!

Trace through the electrical supply to the affected gauses and light controls. Start at the fuse panel, take out the fuse and associated relays clean the male contacts and female receptacles with electrical contact cleaner (available at home improvement stores). If that doesn't work then trace the wires back under the dash, take apart any connectors, clean and resemble those.
