Wink Glow plug or module?

Recently replaced glow plug cyl. 3 after OBD code PO673 kept appearing on 2008 CRD 3.0. Can clear repeatedly but always comes back after a few starts. Read that GP module may need replacing but code PO670 or PO683 (failed glow plug controller) does not appear on any scan. Any ideas would be helpful!
