Heater/AC blows high on all settings

About two months ago I discovered no air was coming out of the vents when the ac/heater was turned on. After much research on-line I found the most common cause for this was a bad resistor. I ordered a new on at the local auto parts and replaced it (thanks to you-tube video). The system was working great until yesterday.

Now I am unable to turn the fan off on. It runs on High no matter where the setting is turned (off, low, med, high).
Anyone had this problem?
