Help with driver side cat removal/repair

Does anyone have any detailed instructions on how to access and remove the driver side cat... I managed to bend the flange and need to get it off to straighten it out. I can see one of the 2 nuts/bolts way up in the engine bay when under the car but can't get access. I'd rather not pay the dealer for the repair so prompt help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and Happy Holidays!
