How to recalibrate the seat sensor ?

Amigos !
any clue of the procedure to re calibrate the Seat Sensor from the passenger side?
Reason: The Seat was pulled out from my WK to be cleaned! And when was connected again the ”Air bag light” turn on!

Helppppp !

Re: How to recalibrate the seat sensor ?

If your car is under warranty, tell them that the light just came on for no reason unless its clear that you removed the seat.

Re: How to recalibrate the seat sensor ?

when my light came on i had the body shop take it for calibration but they are the reason for the light. when i got it back the light still went on even though the calibration was complete so all i did was disconnect the neg terminal for a few minutes and it went away for good. try that......

Re: How to recalibrate the seat sensor ?

I already try it, but still there !
It looks like no other way, than go to the DEALER !
That will HURT!
I was planning to invest some money on the programming/Flash of my PCM & TCM/!
Now, that project will be delayed !

look on wkjeeps for other flashes or tsbs you need done, they will likely charge you less if you get a bunch of them done at once.
