Jeep GC 2007 Overland 5.7, intermitent Vibration

have a Jeep GC 2007 Overland 5.7L V8, i took the car offroad into a very rough and muddy terrain. No alerts generated on the cluster panel. Yesterday i had to replace the battery because the engine was not starting.

I sent the vehicle to a car wash, they passed water and pressurized air to remove the mud from the Engine, but now, i feel a very annoying intermitent vibration coming from the front of the car, with AC turned on the vibration gets worse. the check engine light showed up. I just ran the key sequence to generate DTC reports and i got two codes: P0524 (Engine oil pressure Low) and P0513 (invalid SKIM).

Somebody experienced this problem??
