Jeep Grand Cherokee 2003.Gringing gears when accelerating from stopped poition.

Hi all.
I have this jeep GO 2003.
It's random. When I go to a red light or stopped position.then accelerate slow or fast the gears feel like it buckles a bit and once I get moving it is fine. Its not an issue with gas or anything to that.Definetly a gear issue that is not in correct position

Has any experienced this before or have thoughts?

Welcome to the garage.
Did you already check the fluid levels in the differentials and the T-case? I would also take a small sample of the fluids after driving a bit to see if there is any sign of metal flakes or glinsters. Check the front and rear propeller shaft joints (CV or U) for damage and play and the front drive shaft CV boots for cracks
