So most probably the solenoid is stuck in one position now, need a new one for that. Bleeding the hydraulic cooling fan is very simple, just remove the engine coolant sensor connector and the PCM will command the fan to full speed, taking all air back to the reservoir in no time.
Have a look into WK parts, because i know for sure that for the WJ its not sold separately from the motor assy anymore and you have to dig out big cash for that unit. I believe the solenoid from Ford cost around $ 150, they have it on e-bay. But as told , the connector is different.
