Jerking at low gear Jeep grand cherokee 2014

My new 2014 Jeep Grand cherokee is jerking at low gears ( especially when it downs from D3 to D2 to D1). Mostly it happens when it moves in a bumper to bumper traffic.

Anyone has similar probs & any solutions?

V6?
Build date [on drivers door jam]

There's a transmission flash for the V6 version of the 8 speed.

Check out this site:
WK2Jeeps.com - 2011-2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee

If V8, mine was cured by a dealer reset, which is the same as pulling the battery cable [but easier unless you fit under the passenger seat well] More accurately, it smoothed out a few days after the reset.

I just got the transmission update and it's like a different truck. Much smoother.

I have a 2014 GC Limited. Seems to stick and be herky jerky in the low gears. Is that what this thread is referring too? 2014 GC?
