JGC front door hinges

My 07 GC drivers side door has started to sag away from the frame. I checked it out and see that the upper hinge and lower hinge are pulling away from the door frame spots there's supposed to be flush up against. I tried to tighten The bolts but there very tight. So ill need to either order more hinges. or try to fix . or try something else...
Any ideas and help is needed to fix this issue. Please help.
