Klutch Needs Help: Steering Wheel Click

Hey guys, I know this has been discussed before, however, I cannot find it.

I was hoping you had some answers about warranty or if there was a recall.

EVERYTIME i turn left, the signal switch will "click" and while it "clicks" it will move a little.

Its rather annoying, and I was hoping I could get it fixed.

I hope you guys can help me out, or post the thread on this.

Re: Klutch Needs Help: Steering Wheel Click

If you have no warranty, TSB's arent covered. If it is a recall then even if you have no warranty, they must fix it free of charge.

Re: Klutch Needs Help: Steering Wheel Click

I remember seeing a thread about this issue on another forum a while back from what I remember, the part was cheap. Just you have to be careful when removing the airbag. Knowing you, you wont wait till all the capacitors are discharged and then BOOM airbag to the face. LOL

Re: Klutch Needs Help: Steering Wheel Click

It's the ClockSpring. I have the same problem. I just ignore it, but later once I get a new steering wheel I'm going to put a new one in.
