Limp mode on 2001 wj

Put into drive and only got 3rd gear,manualy change and you start in 2nd even when selector infirst,goes to 3rd and thats it.Gear box changed,shift selector been changed,wiring from selector to dash changed,input and output sensors new,2nd gear shift solenoid changed.tps changed.Now code p0700 which is transmission again.Help have jeep for 2yrs driven for 23hrs,havent taken 4x4,wife calling it a paper weight.

Welcome to the garage.
The P0700 code from the PCM is only telling you that the TCM has set a fault code and that you will need a scanner to check which code is set.
You didnīt mention engine/transmission, but you are talking about input and output speed sensors, so it must be the 4.7 with 5-45RFE tranny.
You did change the transmission and several other parts, but that was based upon what? The TCM itself can be faulty, but even the transmission control relay or wiring. So first get it scanned, to see which code the TCM has stored and then we go from there.
