2001 jeep cherokee sport..


Gunky master cylinder... Bleed brake line?

Re: Master cylinder is dirty - what do I do?

suck out as much old fluid from the reservoir as you can.

Add new brake fluid.

Suck out as much of that as you can. (this is to try to get the reservoir cleaned out a little better)

Add new brake fluid.

Bleed at each wheel until it runs clean.. keeping an eye on the level in the reservoir.
