need help Overland Guages install to 01 WJ

so i just took the thing apart so i could remove the seatbelt and airbag lights on the circuit board, and tried to put it back in the jeep well, some of the needles didn't want to move so what should i do i have it currently out of the jeep right now and i'm not sure what i need to do to make it work right any suggestions would be great and sooner the better thanks

Did you remove the needles? If so, you cannot realign them.

Years ago I spent a lot of time researching this as I had designed some white face overlays for the WJ. I had several used clusters to experiment with and could never get the gauges aligned correctly, nor could I find a shop that was able to recalibrate them. I think you're out of luck...
