Need help please

I have a 2002 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo that won't start. Someone put it on the machine and code came back that the crank censor was out. Person who claimed they knew where the crank sensor was actually did not. He took apart ALL the wiring around the crank sensor, left them undone, and in the process threw the timing off. Crank sensor, coil pack, spark plugs and the thing where the distributor is in old cars has been replaced. Truck still won't start. Put it BACK on the machine and got codes for timing, wiring or cam sensor needs to be replaced. I DON'T want to take the Jeep to anyone else bc I'm afraid they will mess it up even more. What can I do?? Everything comes on but when I try to crank it, you can hear it trying to turn over but it's wont.

Re: Need help please

When timing is off, then it would be the first thing i would set right. Besides that, it seems that the battery needs to be charged. Did you check the batt voltage?
