Passenger automatic window switch not working

So I have a 2011 grand cherokee and when the passenger tries to put the window either up or down they can't the switch doesn't respond but when the driver tries it works so I don't really know what to do about this I have to always put the window down when the passenger needs to
If anyone can help ill appreciate it

Test the switch in the passenger door. If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, bring it to a shop.

I had the same problem. The passenger couldn't close the window, once it left up the window goes down.
So, I did repair this problem. Try this:
1- remove passenger's window switch.
2- disconnect the power cable.
3- Wait 5 min then re-connect it.

Try to operate the switch, if it didn't it may need repair or replace.
