Questions on HVAC blower needing replacement every 18 months! Bearings?

I have had my 2011 WK2 jGC Limited for almost 24 months. I need to replace the HVAC blower almost immediately because the blower bearings or associated belt was so whinny at higher levels of out put. Okay, as it was just $100 deductible, but now just 18 months later with the onset of cold, the new blower is starting the shaky whine until the cabin is fully heated and the fans lowers to the lower speeds. I can do another deductible, but the extended ends in June. Are all the HVAC blowers from MOPAR this bad? Is there an aftermarket 3rd party blower that isn't a cheaply built POS? It's very frustrating. I do all the preventative maintenance and baby the tank-like beast. That and my heated seat automatically shut down once toasty, whether I am okay with that or not. I know I sound spoiled as I can't hear much when driving in my wife's CRV as the road noise is so intrusive. I just expect better when list prices are above $40K. I still love the WK2 and though I've thought of downgrading to the Cherokee Latitude, I see plenty of things wrong with that, including its ugliness and wanting to be an Outback/Outlander/Escape wanna-be.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

Hey Champagne - Did you ever find a better replacement blower motor? I am about to replace mine with the same issue. I'm out of warranty so I'd like to do it only once with a better part... Please let me know what you did and how it has held up... THANKS!

Not yet. I'm sure I will be looking again in Spring. They seem to dislike the very cold Winters here even with plenty of time warming up.
