rattle pano roof

2014 jgc summit. Over washboard roads, bad rattle from what seems to be.coming from pano roof. I am aware of tsb but I.checked fasteners. Also, can just imagine how dealer will wreck nice fake suede header if.I.give it to them to.fix... any ideas before I.do so? Thanks and happy New year

Re: rattle pano roof

Cycle the roof one time and see it that helps. It helped my 11.

Also, there is a TSB out there about setting/adjusting the panes of the roof at a prescribed "depth", and some adjustment may be necessary.

I know you said you checked the fasteners, but did you actually push up around the perimeter of the entire sunroof? I would do that for sure!

Re: rattle pano roof

Did some sunroof rattle investigative work on the way back to work!

Open the shade all the way and when u hear the rattle, press up on the front glass section and then try the back. My rattle is coming from the back glass portion of roof! Evidently it needs some adjustment.
