Rear tire braking on 2007 Jeep Commander when speed is over 65mph

I have an issue with my commander braking hard enough to squeal tires when I accelerate over 65mph. It releases immediately but is dangerous. This began next day after having a valve stem replaced on that tire. Everyone tells me that shouldn't cause this but I'm wondering if the tire was not balanced correctly, could that have damaged something in the wheel and /or brakes?

BTW I've already spent $500 at dealership to replace ABS sensor. Did not fix it. Then the dealership wanted $1300 to replace ABS module and the Hydraulic Control Unit. I can't afford to spend money on their EXPLORATORY SURGERY!! So I'm hoping someone can help me narrow down what could be causing this or I am doomed to drive my Commander under 64mph from now on.

Welcome to the garage.
It will brake every time when going over 65mph? Accelerating slow or fast makes any difference?
I would at least take a look (or let someone do it) at the rear parking brake shoes, if the friction material is not detached from the shoe.

Thank you. I've been very spoiled and have never had a problem with my Commander. I took it to another mechanic. He actually put it on a rack, pulled the tire off, checked brake, pads, wiring, etc. Today he turned the esp/traction off. No issue so something going there. I am definitely not very knowledgeable about car stuff but reading these forums is interesting.
