Repeated Ignition Coil Issues with 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd.

1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee. V8 5.2 liter engine. Fell dead on the road. Replaced Distributor cap, rotor, Pickup module under the dist cap, plugs and wires. Also replaced crank position sensor and ignition coil just to get it running again.. Ran for about 2 months now coil keeps going bad and no start. On my 3rd coil now. What could be causing the ignition coil to repeatedly go out? PLEASE HELP???

Re: Repeated Ignition Coil Issues with 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd.

I would inspect the ignition wires again. If one of the wires is bad, the spark will look for the path of least resistance, which could be internally in the coil.
