thank you , I will try to add some air and make sure about the pressure at the tire .. I hope this is the problem

Nop ..
what I did , when the sensor damaged , I replace that time the tire which has the damged sensor with the tire spare. for sure it will give me that time spare low pressure.

then I bought new sensor and I bring back the old tire spare to its place and I replace the damged sensor at the road tire. The sensor at road tire ( the new one ) works fine and gave me the reading.
but the it display now the " spare low pressure " .

do you think its not reading the spare tire sensor?

Re: replace tire sensor

did you have the dealer flash the tpms system?

how long has this been? usually it takes some time for the tpms system to reset to the new pressure.

Re: replace tire sensor

That happen before one year I replace also another sensor , and I send it to the dealer to fix it , but I dont know what exactly they did.
when I replaced the broken sensor the spare didnt recognize the broken sensor immediaty but it toke 2 days , but now its about 1 week and still not getting the sensor.

Is there any reset way to detect it again , or anything can help

thanks

Re: replace tire sensor

remove the negative terminal from the battery for 15-20 minutes, press the brake pedal several times after removing the terminal. Reconnect after 15-20 minutes and see if that helps.

Re: replace tire sensor

the spare tire does need a flash from dealer unfortunately ... at least that's what I was told on mine ...

one thing you might want to try is disconnect the battery step on the brake and reconnect. this will reset the system and hopefully will recognize the spare then (I might be completely wrong, but this is the best that I can come up with)

are you sure about removing the battery .. last time I removed the battery it made the engin not stable and shutdown by it self and I send it to dealer to re-program it.
