Wrangler 2010 Utility gives me a P0750 code,and it's stuck in second gear,any advice?

Welcome to the garage.
You know which transmission it has?
The P0750 code has to do with the Low/reverse solenoid. First check if the fluid level is ok and the fluid isnīt burnt.
If that is ok, you will have to measure the wiring from the transmission controller to the transmission, to see if there is no open/shorted circuit. If that is ok, then its most probably the Low/reverse solenoid.

Not sure what transmission it has,thanks for the info will check this first.Do you maybe know if the solenoid sits inside the belly pan?or on top of transmission?Bought the jeep second hand a few weeks back and not to sure what is what.Used to drive Land Rover.

It depends on the transmission where the solenoid sits. Which engine does the jeep have? Probably with this info and google its possible to find which transmission is in there.

I gues that your jeep has the 42RLE transmission. There seems to be a TSB which tells to check the connector on the transmission valve body for moisture and/or corrosion of the pins.
