Thermometer is off by 20 degrees

Just picked up my 2011 Grand Cherokee this week. All is well except my outside temperature is about 20 degrees higher than the actual temp. Any ideas on how to fix?

Are you sure its set in the correct units? Fahrenheit vs Celsius?
