Ticking? vibes at idle? 4.0L

I got an 04' grand cherokee with 138k miles. Its got the 4.0L and theres a loud noise that I swear sounds like the belt is worn but its not cause I got it checked and it looks brand new. Also when im at a red light lately ive been getting some vibes sometimes worse than others I feel like its worse once it heats up. Me and the wife only put 89 gas in it as well. I purchased some gumout that someone recommended but I doubt that stuff really does anything. Any ideas? (Also the radiator blew on me months ago but I got it fixed on the spot)
