Have a 2012 GC pump makes running noise when I try to wash windshield but nothing comes out although the reservoir is full. ? Any suggestion what to look for?

You might try to remove the cover that is attached to the bottom side of the hood and make sure the hoses are connected. Ive had that problem before and that was what was wrong

Can you unplug the hosing at the output of the pump and see if you get anything there?

If you haven't ever cleaned it, there may be gunk in the washer bottle blocking the inlet. Similarly blocked outputs.

If the pump is bad, you can buy Trico replacements cheap a lot of places--they make the OEM version as well. Get the grommets to avoid leaks.

What about the rear washer?
If it ok. So the pump is ok & the problem is in the tubes or nozzles. Try to check maybe there is a leak (cutting in the tube) or blockage.
Disconnect them if required an check. You might blow some compressed air to clean them.
Good luck,,,
