water temperature problem

My 2007 srt8 jeep water temperature meter keeps rising and dropping back to 215 then at a red light it would go up to about 230 can anyone help please

Have you ever flushed the Radiator? Changed the Thermostat? how many miles might be water pump time.

I got a new thermostat one piece radiator hose and coolant flush

You check to see if your electric fan comes on? Normally hot while idling is a fan or waterpump or thermostat.

I also think its the waterpump cuz fan turns on normally

If you pull the radiator cap when cold, on the SRT can you see the coolant flow when it gets hot enough to open the thermostat?
