What Kind and Weight of Gear Oil Do I Use in a Dana 44-226

What kind and weight of gear oil do I use in a Dana 44-226 with 3:73 Ratio?

This rear end came stock on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.

Synthetic or non synthetic?

What is the proper weight of gear oil?

NOTE: I do not have a limited slip so I do not require the friction modifier.

Thank you!
