Re: wj wiring diagram

I continue to be amazed at what Google has indexed....one of these should be it...

https://www.google.com/search?q=2003...w=1745&bih=861

The actual one can be had for some coin here:

Is there anything in particular you are looking for at the instrument cluster?

Re: wj wiring diagram

First do the instrument test: with ignition switch in off, press the odometer reset button and while pressed, turn the ignition in run. All instrument lights come on and the test starts. You can release the odometer button as soon as the test starts. All instruments will go full scale and return to normal indication and the odometer will count 00000000, 11111111, 22222222 etc. The odometer will receive its information from the PCM (or ECM on the diesel)via the PCI data bus, but as well do the speedometer and the tachometer.
Attached the wiring for the diesel.

Re: wj wiring diagram

hi again, my diesel jeep also sometimes hesitates on take off, it idles fine but doesnt do anything when you accelerate a little bit, you put your foot down more and off it goes, its a bit of a worry if your pulling out into traffic. im picking it to be a sensor but which one, all comments appreciated. cheers warwick

Im not very familiar with diesel engines, but did you check for any slack in the accelerator cable?
